Aditya Shastri

He started his career with Godfrey Philips and moved on to Titan watches in the retailing and marketing department. After Titan, he moved on to join 20th Century Fox, Inc, to, launch the concept of Home Entertainment in India, with sell through home videos, DVD’s etc.

After two years of making Fox’s home entertainment the most successful home entertainment arm among studios in India, Aditya then moved to head all of the studio’s operations in the sub-continent. During his stint at Fox he successfully marketed and distributed over 117 films in the country. And while at that pioneered the dubbing of Hollywood content into Indian languages like Hindi, Tamil and Telegu. He played a key role in several theatrical releases including the blockbuster Titanic, James Bond Die another Day and similar such films.

From Fox he moved to head UTV Motion Pictures and produce International Indian content and oversaw the ground breaking Rang De Basanti, Namesake, Blue Umbrella, etc. UTV soon rose to become India’s leading Motion Picture Company

From UTV Motion Pictures, he joined UFO Moviez as CEO- International, to look after the setting up and roll out of digital cinema in India. From a small start of 23 cinemas UFO has grown to become the worlds largest digital cinema chain, with over 4700 screens in India, and over 1100 screens internationally.

Post UFO Moviez, he has headed various entertainment companies and guided them to mobilize their core strengths and also guide them into newer areas.

Ltd. a company that deals with selling CAD/CAM/CAE softwares and Engineering Design Services for manufacturing companies. He is also the founder of a company that deals with staffing solutions for manufacturing companies. He has recently founded TAS (Technology Assisted Socializing) which helps companies and individuals to increase business though social networks. He is recepient of Bharatiya Udyog Ratna Award (2008). He has served as past president of Rotary Club of Poona Midtown (2011-12). He is the youngest president in the 42years history of this Rotary Club.

Vishnu Swaminathan

He started two IT based companies in Singapore in the areas of financial transactions and animation technology. Following acquisition of one of the companies, he moved to India to head a leadership school based in Pune, where he led the school’s social effort by creating a independent Centre for Social Development. AUTOLAY, an innovative CAD technology, that he developed for the Indian Aeronautical Development Agency is used by several aircraft manufacturers around the world and for the construction of light combat aircraft in India. PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur is a beneficiary of the protocol signed by the Prime Ministers of India and Japan. Dhande has established another new institute, the Indian Institute of Saddlery Technology and Export Management (IISTEM) at Banther near Kanpur under the aegis of the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in order to develop the traditional technology available in the region. He is an agronomist, Graduate in Commerce with Development Economics from the University of Kerala. He has done assignment for the FAO of UN (Food & Agricultural Organization of the United Nations) in Southeast Asia.
